Four stages, start to finish — prep, mix, coats, cure. Everything below applies to every kit in the line.
Spray-applied, fully peelable, safe on factory paint — if the prep is right.
1 · Prep
- Wash, decontaminate and dry the whole vehicle
- Clay or tar-remove any bonded contamination
- Wipe down with isopropyl alcohol before the first coat
- Mask glass, trim, arches and shuts
- Work between 10–25°C, out of direct sun
2 · Mix
- Base coat is ready to spray — stir, do not shake
- Topcoat: add hardener WB-01, then reducer WB-02
- Strain into the gun; use within the pot life
- 1.3–1.4mm tip, 2.0–2.5 bar at the cap
3 · Coats
- Six coats total: four base, two topcoat
- 20 minutes flash-off between coats
- 50% overlap, steady passes, no heavy flooding
- Build to ~150 µm minimum for a peelable film
4 · Cure & removal
- Touch-dry in 1 hour, fully cured in 24
- No washing for the first 48 hours
- Peels by hand in full sheets, zero residue
- Removable for up to 10 years after application
