Cancellation & Returns
Consumers have the right under Finnish and EU consumer protection laws to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason.
Right of Withdrawal
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which the customer, or a third party designated by the customer, has received the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify Allsson clearly by email before returning the product.
Return Conditions
Returned window films must be:

unused, uninstalled, and uncut

in original condition and original packaging

free from damage, creases, dirt, or installation marks
Products that have been cut, installed, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.
Allsson reserves the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet these conditions.

Please contact Allsson customer service before sending any return to receive return authorization and instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.

Refund Processing
Once the return has been received and inspected, Allsson will notify the customer by email of the approval or rejection of the refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Allsson.
